RETURN POLICY
Our nursery is state inspected; plants are freshly dug and properly prepared for shipping. If for any reason you are not pleased with the plants when you receive them, DO NOT PLANT. Return them with the ORIGINAL LABELS within 1-3 business days for a full refund of the cost of the plant(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Because there are so many variables involved so we cannot assume responsibility for plant losses after delivery.
Orders may be placed by phone, mail, e-mail or on our website. Although we grow a large number of varieties of cultivars, some are only available in limited quantities. Please check for availability before ordering to be sure of receiving the plants you want.
SHIPPING
USPS Priority Mail is our method of shipping for mainland U.S. orders (see order form for cost). We ship to any part of the United States. We no longer ship internationally.
SHIPPING SEASON: May 1 through May 31. (We do not ship during peak bloom season.)SHIPPING RESUMES August 15 through October 10. Shipping to Zones 1 - 5 is not recommended after September 15 due to growing seasons. Shipping is always as weather permits.
We guarantee freshly dug, true-to-name plants. We send double fans or better when possible, unless otherwise stated. Lilywood Farms is a Missouri state inspected nursery. All plants are field grown. We do not, nor have we ever had rust in our gardens or production fields.

It is always our intention to provide the best possible photo images for our catalog. However photo images are not always fully accurate. As a result, please read and rely upon the written descriptions rather than depending solely upon the picture when ordering.
