During bloom season at LILYWOOD FARMS you will
be greeted with a sea of color against a backdrop of an
1854 antebellum home.

This home and stately lawns provide the perfect setting
for daylilies of reds, yellows, pinks, purples, creamy
lavenders and a multiplicity of other colors.

Walking through the shade of ninety
year-old cedars the many shapes and
sizes of daylilies seem to accent the
serene atmosphere. History surrounds
you as you amble through the daylilies
on this 154-year-old farm.

In spite of the sun sometimes closer look
is necessary!

This daylily bed is set to the side of the
"buggy shed" which is part of the original
buildings (house was built in 1854) still
located on the farm. These days it houses
a John Deere rather a buggy.
